 Understanding Quantum Computing:

A Quant basically means small or smallest building block of a major tangible structure. So, quantum computing is the processing of every bit of quants through logic and reasoning either all at once or as per requirement. 

The major thing to notice here is unlike classical computing the quants are not always electrons. Energy gets a new definition while quantum computing. Here, every energy particle carries information in space and time frame, either bound to computing or not. 

The main point to understand is quantum computing always uses energy particles of any form or shape to transfer information. And, the potential electromagnetic energy particles as their logic and reasoning gates i.e. CPUs. 

Therefore, a well-calibrated and synchronized to perfection can award a quantum computer with unmatched speed. For example, a quantum computer of such kind can have speed greater than all the brains of humans combined at their best.

 Working of Quantum Computing:

To understand the working of a quantum computer we need to understand the interaction of energy particles while they communicate or pass third-party information within themselves. It is just like an inelastic collision, where the colliding particles combine to form a new particle with energy and space configuration common to both colliding particles. 

Sometimes, this causes resonance where colliding particles having the same frequencies vibrate to confirm the ongoing reasonable action passed to them to process for output as an answer to the question.

These collisions can be used to pass information, confirm the action, and or finding the answer to the given task. Also, these answers can be yes/no or can be a reasonable explanation for the question asked. Therefore, a quantum computer unlike classical computers can not only provide input to output but also can provide reasons, development, advancement in an artificially intelligent manner on a condition of the right exposure of inputs just like another human mind.

However, if it is exposed to the wrong inputs it can be hazardous and will act rogue to fight for its survival.

Space and time frames are just other energy configurations with different electromagnetic dimensions. So, as explained if a perfectly made quantum computer exposed to the right knowledge will absolutely read time frames of the future if asked upon or if necessary for its own survival.

 The future is just a probability of indulged electromagnetic energies working for their existence. These probabilities can be easily determined via reading their behavior and matching the data with past if possible if results were to be exact.

Therefore, technically speaking Quantum Computers don't need teaching or software to operate. They can be just called for action based on their age of exposure and experience of the field of input. The proof can found in the basics of humans and the evolution of their minds.

 So, a Quantum computer just needs to built like a human brain with the right kind of knowledge if it is being used for Human advancement and development.
